در وبلاگ خود غيرمستقيم مرا(و گويا به چند نفرديگر) متهم به اهانتزني به وي و دوستانش نموده است.

همانطور که ازنوشته اش معلوم است تنها مدرکش اين است که "آ پي" آدرسهاي که او ذکر کرده به منطقه( Haninge)که همجوار با منطقه (Jordbro) که من در آنجا زندگي ميکنم تعلق دارد

در اينجا بنده شديدا اين اتهامات بي اساس را رد ميکنم و لازم است بگويم که هيچکدام از اين "آي پي" آدرسها متعلق به من و به آدرس مسکوني من نيست.همانطور که ذکر شد آدرس مسکوني من در بخش( Haninge) قرار ندارد

همچنين لازم به ذکر است که بنده هرگز(حتي يکبار هم) در بخش "نظرات" و يا بخش "آئميل" وبلاگ پهره مطلب ارسال نکرده ام

مشکل بلوچ‌ها در ایران چگونه حل می‌شود؟

عبدالهی معاون امنیتی وزیر کشور از حمله‌ غافلگیرانه به نیروی انتظامی در منطقه‌ سیستان و بلوچستان خبر داد. گروه‌های بلوچ نیز از ادامه‌ی درگیری‌ها صحبت می‌کنند. دویچه‌وله با ۲ کارشناس درباره‌ی را حل مشکلات بلوچ‌ها صحبت کرد.

مقام‌های امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران پس از اعدام عبدالمالک ریگی، رهبر گروه جندالله بر این باور بودند که خشونت‌ها دراستان سیستان و بلوچستان خاتمه خواهد یافت. اما برخلاف این تصور، آنگونه که مقام‌های ایرانی و گروه‌های بلوچ گزارش می‌دهند، اکنون درگیری‌ها به اشکال مختلف ادامه دارد. گروه‌های مدافع حقوق بشر بلوچ نیز پیش از این هشدارداده بودند که اعدام اعضای گروه جندالله از میزان خشونت‌ها در بلوچستان نخواهد کاست و "حتی درگیری‌های نظامی را به حملات انتحاری سوق خواهد داد".

حمله به نیروی انتظامی در سیستان و بلوچستان

معاون امنیتی وزیر کشور گفته است در یکی ازآخرین حملات گروه‌های بلوچ در مسیر تردد خودروی نیروی انتظامی بین خاش و زاهدان یک نفر کشته و چهار نفرهم مجروح شدند. این مقام ایرانی همچنین گفته است "شناسایی آنها ادامه دارد اما هنوز اطلاعیه‌ای از گروهک خاصی صادر نشده است".

چرا خشونت‌ها در استان سیستان و بلوچستان خاتمه نمی‌یابد؟

در پاسخ به این سئوال ما مسعود بلوچ، مسئول "انجمن فعالان حقوق بشر بلوچستان" توضیح می‌دهد که "عملکرد خشونت بار دولت، تبعیض‌های قومی و همچنین برخی مسائل فرهنگی" سبب بروز و ادامه این خشونت‌ها شده است. بنظراین فعال حقوق بشر بلوچ در تشدید و ادامه‌ی خشونت‌ها فرهنگ انتقام‌جوئی بلوچ‌ها نیز نقش دارد.

سنت ‌انتقام‌جوئی در میان بلوچ‌ها

آقای مسعود بلوچ درگفت‌وگو با دویچه وله می‌گوید: «در میان بلوچ‌ها سنتی بنام به "بی‌یه‌ر" به معنای "انتقام‌گیری از دشمن خونی" هست، که شانس صلح و یا آشتی را پس از اعدام و یا قتل از بین می‌برد».

وی اضافه می‌کند: «متاسفانه سنت انتقام‌‌گیری خونین از دشمن در جامعه‌ی بلوچی آنقدر نیرومند هست که در اکثر موارد ۲ تا ۳ نسل ادامه داشته و از هر دو طرف دعوا قربانی گرفته است».

Bildunterschrift: Großansicht des Bildes mit der Bildunterschrift: مسعود بلوچ، مسئول "انجمن فعالان حقوق بشر بلوچستان" آقای مسعود بلوچ معتقد است، جمهوری اسلامی ایران با اقدامات فرهنگی و آموزشی می‌توانست این سنت بی‌رحمانه را تضعیف بکند، اما با اعدام‌ها و قتل‌های روزافزون و با عملکردهای خشونت بار و تحریک‌آمیز، این سنت دیرینه را در منطقه ترویج داده است.

وی در ادامه صحبت‌هایش به دویچه‌وله می‌گوید: «ما در بلوچستان ناظراین هستیم که گروه‌های مسلح با تاکتیک‌های جدید شکل می‌گیرند و می‌بینیم که بیشترین افرادی که به گروه‌های مسلح می‌پیوندند از نزدیکان اعدام شدگان و قربانیان قتل‌های دولتی هستند».

«وضعیت بلوچستان امیدوارکننده نیست»

کارین جهانی، پروفسور زبان‌های ایرانی در دانشگاه "اوپسالا" در سوئد که تخصص در امور بلوچستان دارد و درباره‌ی مشکلات بلوچ‌ها کتاب نوشته، معتقد است که "وضعیت بلوچستان زیاد امیدوارکننده نیست".

وی در گفتگو با دویچه‌وله درباره‌ی راه حل مشکلات بلوچستان ایران می‌گوید: «به دلیل بافت سنتی و فشار دولت مرکزی و موقعیت جغرافیائی، مسائل بلوچستان مشکل حل خواهد شد. بلوچستان در جائی واقع شده که مواد مخدر فراوان هست و تعصب مذهبی نیز به حل این مسائل کمکی نمی‌کند».

پروفسور کارین به گسترش ناامیدی میان جوانان بلوچ هم اشاره می‌کند: «بسیاری از جوانان بلوچ به دلیل اختلاف و تضاد با ریش‌سفیدان خود و با دولت مرکزی ایران که یک حکومت شیعه هست به پاکستان می‌روند و طلبه می‌شوند و این جوانان به رشد خود در جامعه امیدی ندارند».

آیا ریش سفیدان بلوچ می‌توانند کمک کنند؟

درباره نقش ریش‌سفیدان و بزرگان قبایل بلوچ در کاهش خشونت، پروفسور کارین معتقد است، ریش‌سفیدان برای حل این مشکل کمکی نمی‌توانند بکنند، چونکه ساختار قبیله‌ای حتی بین خود بلوچ‌ها هم اختلاف و تضاد ایجاد می‌کند و درجامعه پراکندگی را بیشتر می‌کند.

اما این کارشناس سوئدی تائید می‌کند که در یک در جامعه‌ی سنتی و عشیره‌ای روحانیون، ریش سفیدان و رهبران قبایل می‌توانند جنبه‌های مثبتی هم داشته باشند. وی در این رابطه به دویچه‌وله می‌گوید: «اگر اعضای قبیله سخنان صلح‌آمیز رهبران خود و ریش سفیدان خود را گوش بکنند، تاثیر خوبی دارد. ولی اگر این رهبران طرفدار جنگ و نزاع باشند وضعیت را بدتر می‌کنند و این مسائل به شخصیت این افراد نیز بستگی دارد».

دورنمای حل مشکل بلوچ‌های ایران

Bildunterschrift: Großansicht des Bildes mit der Bildunterschrift: کارین جهانی، پروفسور زبان‌های ایرانی در دانشگاه "اوپسالا" کارین جهانی پروفسور زبان‌های ایرانی در یکی از قدیمی‌ترین دانشگاه‌های سوئد که درباره بلوچستان تخصص دارد درباره دورنمای حل مشکل بلوچ‌ها به ذویچه وله می‌گوید: «مشکل بلوچستان یک مشکل عظیمی هست و شاید تنها راه کمک این هست که جامعه تغییر یابد. تحصیلات و آگاهی‌ مردم بیشتر شود».

به نظراین کارشناس فشاری‌های روحی و روانی نیز در بلوچستان بیشتر شده است. پروفسور کارین می‌افزاید: «من سال پیش در بلوچستان ایران بودم. ما وقتی به خانه‌ها می‌رفتیم دختران ۱۵ و ۱۶ ساله‌ی بلوچ متوجه می‌شدند که من دکتر هستم و از غرب آمدم، می‌گفتند که به ما قرص اعصاب بدهید.

چون در جامعه بلوچستان تضاد بوجود آمده، جوانان به زندگی سنتی راضی نیستند و بدنبال شغل‌های دیگری غیر از کشاورزی هستند و این شغل‌ها در بلوچستان نیست و یا آن را به بلوچ‌ها نمی‌دهند. آنها ناراضی و ناامید می‌شوند».

«خاتمه خشونت، آغازی برای حل مشکلات»

به نظر مسعود بلوچ از"انجمن فعالان حقوق بشر بلوچستان" برای حل مشکلات بلوچ‌ها در ایران راه حل وجود دارد. وی به دویچه وله در این باره می‌گوید: «ما اعدام‌ها و قتل‌ها را که هم از سوی دولت و هم از طرف گروه‌ها انجام می‌گیرد، محکوم می‌کنیم. آمار اعدام در بلوچستان بالاست. پیشنهاد ما این است که به اعدام بلوچ‌ها از سوی دولت خاتمه داده شود. گروه‌های بلوچ خواستار مذاکره هستند و دولت اگر با این گروه‌ها گفتمان داشته باشد امنیت منطقه را هم قادر هست بهتر تامین کند».

هم پروفسور کارین جهانی کارشناس مسائل بلوچستان از دانشگاه اوپسالا در سوئد و هم آقای مسعود بلوچ از انجمن فعالان حقوق بشر بلوچستان به دویچه‌وله گفتند، خاتمه دادن به حشونت‌ها در سیستان و بلوچستان، آغازی برای حل مشکلات بلوچستان خواهد بود.

Dr. Allah Nazar a great leader of Baloch nation

There is a great saying of Marks Wilson ''To be the subject of jealousy is sign of failure but to be the sign of jealousy is the sign of success''.

Dr. Allah Nazar a great leader of Baloch nation is the son of Nabi Bakhsh Baloch. He was born on 2nd October 1968 in a small town of Awaran called Mehi - Mashkay. He got his early education in his home town and after passing his matriculation in 1986 so for further studies he intended to join college and continue his education. He went to Turbat and took admission in medical department of Atta Shad Degree College Turbat. He passed his F.Sc (pre-medical) in 1989 with surprising marks. It is not deniable fact that he is smart, hardworking and honest in his goals. Due to his hard work and burning midnight oil in 1992 he secured a medical seat in Bolan Medical College Quetta. Its his determination and love for his career that he got a gold medal in the field of Gynecology in 1999. In period of his studies he observed the deprivation and backwardness of Baloch Nation. From the very beginning he was against the policies of Govt. because he was conscious of the discriminating policies of establishment against Baloch. He wanted to evacuate Baloch students from loss and danger. He had joined BSO in 1989 when he was student of Atta Shad Degree College Turbat. He remained the unit secretary of BSO. In Quetta he started a new struggle for bringing BSO on its own feet. In that time BSO was utterly a pocket organization and was divided in more than three groups. Fortunately, his association with students got strengthens day by day. It was a tactful situation for him.

Gradually he became popular among the members of BSO throughout Balochistan, it was an immense concern for the political parties who used BSO for their personal interests. His intention was to unite Baloch students and give them a new vision. To some extent he succeeded doing so. His ambition was clear as he sacrificed all his personal interests for the freedom of Balochistan. He sorted out all the confusions of the coming Baloch generations. Latter all resorted to Allah Nazar’s strategy.

He did a great job in 2002 when he found BSO (Azad). Soon after he was arrested but released after a long hunger strike held by students. Unfortunately on 25th March 2005 once again he was picked up by Pakistani intelligence agencies with other six comrades and he was released on 20th June 2006 by ATF after a defective mental and physical torture. It is evident in the history that Pakistan has not considered Baloch as a human being and Balochistan as her part.

Dr.Allah Nazar Baloch has been facing all challenges of autocrats and bloodthirsty regimes. Punjabis had tried their best to obscure their cruelty with Baloch but today world is aware of that. If we have a glance on erst then we can find different examples of barbarity on Baloch Nation, therefore today Dr. Allah Nazar has a strong stand against Pakistan. The ramp up incursions brought a change for the young Baloch about which Pakistan is worried. Dr. Allah Nazar is eliminating obstacles from the way of freedom. Dr. Allah Nazar says, “My visionary and revolutionary friends, won’t celebrate sorrows on my martyrdom, pick up my fallen gun and protect my vision and thought, compete with the enemy, till victory (freedom)”. Panjabi sojourn has ruined our culture, civilization, no rms and contained Baloch to accept Pakistan as their country. Now, it’s too late because now every Baloch descendant is ready to take arms, burn the flag of Pakistan and deny to read Pakistani national anthem in schools. The Baloch guerrilla war is going to have a good result soon in future.

The Baloch tormentors are extremely baying but it is too late for them. The existentialism took place in Balochistan by whom? Everyone is aware of that. Dr. Allah Nazar is the first messenger of revolution. It’s a great achievement for Baloch that today a gold medalist is fighting in the mountains. The immense achievement brings a fruitful result in Baloch revolution in future.

Thus, today Baloch youngsters had acquired a lot from Dr. Allah Nazar's way of struggle. The crack down on BSO (Azad) indicates that Pakistan is losing the battle. Baloch rebellions automatically will come to end when Balochistan gets freedom. Students are following Allah Nazar’s ideology. He was a legend, is a legend and will be legend.

بلوچستان:اخبارات کی تقسیم سے انکار

بلوچستان کی انجمن اتحاد اخبار فروشان کے احتجاج پر ہاکروں نے کوئٹہ سمیت بلوچستان بھر میں اخبارات تقسیم کرنے سے انکار کر دیا ہے۔

ہاکروں کی ہڑتال کی وجہ سے نہ صرف کوئٹہ سے شائع ہونے والے اکثر شائع شدہ اخبارات کی کاپیاں چھپنے کے بعد پریس سے نہیں نکل سکی ہیں بلکہ بہت سے اخبارات مارکیٹ میں پہنچنے کے بعد بھی تقسیم نہ ہوسکے ۔

انجمن اخبارفروشان نے یہ قدم ایک بلوچ طلبہ تنظیم کی جانب سے ملنے والی دھمکیوں کے بعد اٹھایا ہے۔تنظیم نے کہا ہے کہ اخبارات اور ٹی وی چینلز بلوچستان کے مسئلے پر توجہ نہیں دے رہے ہیں ۔

کوئٹہ سے بی بی سی کے نامہ نگار ایوب ترین کے مطابق بلوچستان کے دارلحکومت کو ئٹہ اور صوبے کے دیگر علاقوں میں آج کوئی قومی اخبار تقسیم نہیں ہوا ہے ۔

کوئٹہ میں انجمن اخبار فروشان بلوچستان کےسابق صدر شاجی سید نور احمد شاہ نے بی بی سی کوبتایا کہ گذشتہ روز بی ایس او (آزاد)کی جانب شہر کے مختلف علاقوں میں بیس کے قریب ہاکروں سے اسلحہ کے زور پر اخبارات چھین کردھمکی دی گئی تھی کہ اگر کل دوبارہ اخبارات تقسیم کرنے کی کوشش کی تو اخبارات اور سائیکل چھین کر تشدد بھی کریں گے۔

انکا کہنا تھا کہ ’خود میرے بیٹے کریم شاہ کو یونیورسٹی میں روک کراخبارات تقسیم کرنے کی اجازت نہیں دی بعد میں میرے بیٹے نے یونیورسٹی انتظامیہ کو مطلع کیا جس نے سیکورٹی فراہم کی اور بعد میں یونیورسٹی میں اخبارات کی تقسیم ممکن ہو سکی‘۔

اس دھمکی کے بعد انجمن اتحاد اخبار فروشان نے ہاکروں کے تحفظ کی خاطر اخبارات تقسیم نہیں کیے ہیں۔ انجمن نے کہا ہے کہ جب تک حکومت کی جانب سے ہاکروں کو تحفظ نہیں دیا جائے گا اس وقت تک اخبارات تقسیم نہیں ہونگے۔

بلوچ قومی تحریک کے حوالے سے خبرچلانا تو دور کی بات ہے بلکہ ٹی وی پر ایک سلایڈ بھی نہیں چلاتے ہیں البتہ بلوچ قومی تحریک کےخلاف جو بھی خبرہواسے بطور پروپیگینڈہ شائع اور نشر کرتے ہیں جس کی وجہ سے ہم نے میڈیا کابائیکاٹ کیا ہے اور جب تک میڈیا کاعملا رویہ تبدیل نہیں ہوگا اس وقت تک ہمارابائیکاٹ جاری رہے گا
کریمہ بلوچ
نور احمد شاہ کے مطابق’ ڈی آئی جی کوئٹہ ( آپریشن ) حامد شکیل سے بھی ہم نے بات کی تو انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم پانچ سوہاکروں کو تحفظ فراہم نہیں کر سکتے ہیں جس کےبعد ہم نے آج احتجاجاً اخبارات کی تقسیم روک دی ہے‘۔

سید نور احمد شاہ نے حکومت اور اخبار مالکان سے مطالبہ کیا ان کے تحفظ کے لیے اقدامات کیے جائیں اور جس سیاسی جماعت کے ساتھ مسئلہ ہے اس کو بات چیت کے ذریعے حل کیا جائے ۔

اس موقع پر ایک اٹھارہ سالہ ہاکرغلام حسین نے بتا یا کہ کل صبح وہ کواری روڈ اور سرکی روڈ پر اخبار تقسیم کر رہا تھا تو ایک نامعلوم شخص نے اس پر پستول تان کر کہا کہ اگرکل اخبار دوبارہ تقسیم کیا تو اخبارات چھینے کے ساتھ کپڑے اتاردیں گے۔

’اس وجہ سے ہم جیسے غریب ہاکر دو روپے کی کمیشن کی خاطر تو اپنا بے عزتی نہیں کرسکتے ہیں ۔اور آئندہ بھی اگر تحفظ ملاتو اخبارات تقسیم کریں گے ورنہ مشکل ہے‘۔

اخبارات کی تقسیم روکنے پر جب کوئٹہ سے شائع ہونے والےروزنامہ ( دنیا ) کے مالک نعمت اللہ اچکزئی سے بات کی توانکاکہنا تھا کہ کچھ روز قبل بلوچ طلبہ تنظیم بی ایس او (آزاد)نے دھمکی دی تھی کہ انہیں اخبارات سے شکایت ہے کہ اخبارات میں ان کی خبروں کی صحیح طریقے سے اشاعت نہیں ہو رہی ہے ۔

انکا کہنا تھا کہ ’بی ایس او کے نمائندوں نے براراست ہم سے کوئی رابطہ نہیں کیاہے بلکہ کل انہوں نے بلوچ علاقوں کوئٹہ سے شائع ہونے والے بعض اخبارات کو بھی نذرآتش کیا ہے‘۔

بلوچ قومی تحریک کے حوالے سے خبر چلانا تو دور کی بات ہے بلکہ ٹی وی پر ایک سلائیڈ بھی نہیں چلاتے ہیں البتہ بلوچ قومی تحریک کےخلاف جو بھی خبرہواسے بطور پروپیگنڈہ شائع اور نشر کرتے ہیں جس کی وجہ سے ہم نے میڈیا کابائیکاٹ کیا ہے اور جب تک میڈیا کا رویہ تبدیل نہیں ہوگا اس وقت تک ہمارابائیکاٹ جاری رہے گا۔

پاکستانی نیوز ٹی وی چینلز اور اخبارات کی تقسیم کی بندش پر جب میں بلوچ طلبہ تنظیم بی ایس او (آزاد) کی خاتون وائس چیرپرسن کریمہ بلوچ سے بات کی توانہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستانی میڈیا جانبدار ہو کر پاکستانی فوج کی طرح بلوچستان کے عوام کے ساتھ برتاؤ کر رہا ہے۔

واضح رہے کہ اس سے دودن قبل بلوچ طلبہ تنظیم بی ایس او (آزاد) نے کوئٹہ سے باہر صوبے کے اکثر بلوچ علاقوں میں نہ صرف اخبارات کی تقسیم روک دیاتھا بلکہ کیبل پر چلنے والے پاکستانی نیوز چینلز کوبھی بند کردیا ہے

International Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (UK) is organising a demonstration in front of BBC World Service on 7 November 2010. This is part of monthly scheduled protest campaign against enforced disappearances of Baloch political and human rights activists in Balochistan by the states of Pakistan and Iran.

Pakistani military, in the last few days, has launched a military operation in Mashky in Awaran as well as some part of Dera Bugti region. The number of casualties and deaths cannot be confirmed accurately due to total blockade of the area by Pakistani military. Nonetheless, Balochistan National newspapers report of at least three deaths in Dera Bugti and some unknown number of deaths and casualties in Mashky.

The Pakistani military in collaboration with MQM and (People’s Aman Committee) of PPP are also presently engage in a crackdown and brutal operation against Baloch people in Karachi. Over one dozen Baloch have been killed in Baloch areas of Malir, Lyari, Golimar, Baloch Para, and Garden.

Pakistani military and Intelligence agencies at present cannot even tolerate the peaceful activities of the members of Voice of Baloch Missing Persons in Balochistan. The only thing these individuals have done is campaigning for recovery of their loved ones from government secret agencies. Earlier this year the financial secretary of this Organisation was arrested and implicated in a fake case. On 23 September the Mastung zone coordinator of VBMP Mr Faqeer Mohammad (Ajiz) Shahwani was abducted by the FC from the main gate of Cadet College Mastung.

An active member and Kalat zone coordinator of VBMP Mr Yasin Baloch was gunned down in Kalat on 11 October 2010. Yasin was campaigning for recovery of his brother, Mujeeb Baloch, who was abducted by the same agencies in 2009. Family members of Baloch enforced disappeared person have constantly been threatened by Pakistani military and intelligence agencies of dire consequences for their campaign. But in the last few months they have been receiving more threats and some have subsequently experienced the extreme violence of state functionaries directly.

Hence the International Voice for Baloch Missing Persons will be protesting against the ongoing military operation, harassment, abduction and killing of Baloch people by the occupying states of Pakistan and Iran. In these protests we would also intend to highlight the Baloch nation democratic right to Independence.

We hereby request to all Baloch and Sindhi friends, Human rights Organisations, freedom loving individuals and other oppressed nations in the UK to join our protest on Sunday 7 November 2010. By showing your solidarity with the people of Balochistan you can help us to raise our voice against enforced disappearances and other human right violations.

According to a report published online the Baluch nationalist leader Mir Khairbyar Marri has initially been denied asylum by the UK. The Home Office has said that he was an ‘economic migrant’.


The option of appeal against the decision is still on the table. It is not clear if Mir Marri wishes to appeal against the Home Office decision or not.


Generally, an applicant gets the chance to explain his/her position before a judge after appealing against the initial decision. It is then a final decision is made.


The Baluchistani royal His Highness Mir Suleman Dawood was also initially denied asylum, but he was granted sylum after an appeal.

Majority of 51 people killed in ethnic violence of Karachi were innocent Baluch, yet the state arrested over 50 Baluch youth

Pakistani city of Karachi is once again in-gulfed by ethnic violence. The hostility started between Pashtuns and Urdu speaking population led by MQM during a by-election. It eventually was diverted to Baluch localities where within 24 hours 8 Baluch men were shot dead, Tuesday.


Thereafter, a group of around 24 armed men attacked a ‘second-hand spare-parts market’ near a Baluch neighbourhood killing 12 people. Reports suggested that some of those killed in this incident were Urdu speaking. The blame of this attack was put on Baluch and immediately after an un-official curfew imposed in Baluch areas.


Since the start of the unofficial curfew over 50 Baluch youth have been arrested and a house to house search is undergoing. While a blockade imposed on other Baluch localities in and around Karachi city. Baluch in these areas are barred from going out for buying food supplies.


There are reports published in Pakistani news sites that state officials have decided in principle to impose an official curfew in some areas of the city.


As the MQM has been continuously demanding army operation against the Baluch activist in and around Karachi, fear of Baluch people’s victimisation during the curfew. MQM seeking full political control of the city and sees the large pro-PPP Baluch population as an obstacle.
